Hi Guys,

Thanks Seandy for the update, and not to make less of your

post........but for NEWC what matters here in my view

is not the market condition. But with what cost (dilution) how,

when, and how quickly they can bring their coal to market.

That is when they will show us the money. And the stock price

along with the SEC details will follow.
