Yea that's what I was thinking.
I haven't been able to come up with another OTC company that owns their own manufacturing facility. I mean, yea they all order their devices from china but I can't seem to find one that even remotely resembles this operation.

Manufacturing seems to always be a hurdle and to be in complete control of your product, from quality to cost seems like a pretty big deal to me.

I suspect there's maybe more products in the pipeline that led to this move where they found it's more beneficial to just buy the dang factory LOL.
