The Dream- The reverse split will be explained as a good thing because PPHM leadership will have had many discussions with institutional investors very very interested in taking a stake in PPHM. It will be explained to the shareholders on the CC call that Most of these institutional investors cannot invest in PPHM unless to SP is over $5. So we have to do 1/7 to give that a good possibility of happening.

All will be happy in Peregrineland :)

When that doesn't happen and the SP doesn't go or remain over $5

The rug will be found, the broom will be brought out and the sweeping will begin.

All will be forgotten :(

But they will excite us with an increase of Avid revenue which will immediately do nothing for the share price.

So there will be exciting times ahead again :0
