Of course they are small transactions. ALL of the trades here are small transactions. There is no liquidity. What matters is the price cannot get over $1.50 even with the announcement of a licensing deal. In my opinion... if it were 10,000 or 1,000,000 shares being bought, it would not go over $1.50 now.
I disagree that another one-off licensing deal would send this to $2. I correctly told you what would happen after the last one. Actually, I was wrong in that we didn't even get the small rise to $1.55, but the Form 4 shows why. As long as Israel Seed partners has a standing order to sell at $1.50, it is going no higher.
For now they are not selling larger chunks at a lower price. They are, however, selling whatever they can at $1.50 no matter how many shares it is. The Form 4s will tell the story. If we see them selling lower than $1.50, then expect the price to keep drifting lower. If they stay at their $1.50 limit then it will take a long time to absorb their shares.
