it does appear that somebody is supporting this last 70 mill. sale and at this rate in 1.25-1.40 range company shouldnt issue more than 50-55 millions shares for last 70 mill. $ which would bring total shares outstanding to 155-160 millions

with 400 millions $ raised and this number s/o , do the math where pps could/should be
