I said a raise in the AS or a RS. I did not realize they had already voted on a RS last August.

Look, short term a RS will hurt, but long run its great. OS will be down, debt about gone, leaves the stock much freer to trade.

You can poo poo this all you want, but having dealt with public companies for a long time, a company....as long as it has outstanding convertible debt, must keep the AS high enough to cover ALL of the convertible debt at the LOWEST VWAP price of that debt. In other words even if the debt is not being converted, they have to have an AS high enough to cover it IN CASE it was converted.

There is no way after trading the next few days that the company will have enough leeway in the AS to cover that imo. I mean they have been diluting about 40 m shares a day. By end of week it will be at or near the 500 AS mark.

Let the RS happen, buy on the panic, profit.

Not trying to scare anyone, just looking at the facts.
