Everyone knows they have convertible notes on the books. A/S increase is likely already priced in. The fact that they have paid off > $20M in debt so far since last June with plans to sell more assets to reduce the debt even further is what people are looking at. What would a 1 to 4 r/s accomplish at these prices? Nothing. If they want to r/s later to uplist to NASDAQ, then that's a positive thing, not negative.
