Pardon my ignorance, but...

I apologize for what is, no doubt to many of you - a stupid question! But I am going to ask anyway.

As we all know, Bryostatin has been thoroughly tested in the past for other indications. I believe mainly cancer. NTRP believes that Bryostatin has a regenerative affect to synapse, and "re-growing" synapse is beneficial to cognition.

If that is the case, should we not have seen such an effect on the 1500 or so patients that were already treated with Bryostatin? Shouldn't they be super smart now? That was half in jest, but is all seriousness, shouldn't there be some record of the change in cognitive function of those folks - especially with the higher dosages?
