I had to go to Nashville this morning, so I drove over to Loftwerks office. Dennis Ammerman was there and we spoke briefly. He told me that he relinquished all 100 million of his shares. He owns nothing of SLJB. He did keep Loftwerks Nashville, that was not part of the merge.
He didn't seem overly eager to talk, but was curteous.
Why couldn't he just have done a private placement of his shares to Wessal? Do you recon many of the shares that are being traded were his 100 million?
