Absolutely a positive. If it was a 'non-issue', they could have explained it away as 'just another investor' demonstrating confidence in their company. Seem many-a-buyouts that begin with the 13G's like the one that dropped last week.

Wondering if anything gets dropped at the Cowen&Company presentation later this morning?
