At this point, I want to thank you! You are excellent at what you do...believe it or not, I can actually differentiate your writings from the other Ramads. Your DD impresses me! I mean it! Sometimes, people need to be challenged in order for them to grow. I have witnessed your transformation first hand! It is obvious that you care about your clients and your reputation! Otherwise, you would not allow a SOB like me to push you around! If you look carefully at my screen-name, USOB, then you will understand why I can be so difficult! Moreover, you have earned my respect...I pushed you past your limits and you continued to fight! I pride myself in my abilities to lead sales & operations teams through the toughest battles!

In the beginning, I did not feel this way. I had a difficult time understanding one Ramad from another. Now that I know the true voice of the Ramads, I feel as though I served my purpose and helped you grow as a person and as an employee! Please accept my constructive criticism as a gift. Not too many people survive my torturous boot-camp and survive. Just one recommendation my friend...always be open to coaching and pay it forward! T
