It's just a business model, they don't want there money tied up and it also reduces risk, they are making money over .60 plain and simple, when they are done selling here, capital goes to another company they like that needs financing. As much as we all believe this to be a slam dunk, including myself, it is not and there is some risk involved. Hope this helps
