They are using precious working capital to fight a class action lawsuit from their own customers - can't get much more toxic than that. Also, they did a bought deal for $40 million @ $3.55 in November, you can bet institutional investors who brokered this deal are furious and unlikely to fund future equity raises when OGI inevitably needs more cash. That is a death sentence for any new company.
