Has anyone been in contact with the company and heard anything about a timeline for expected financing, or any details on who gigl is working with or what the plan is? That is the only piece of news this stock needs. They seem to have made it clear they don't release puff PR's so there may be details other than "deal signed" that investors are missing.

Mr. Parsi has a lot of experience in this area so he may be waiting for the terms he believes the company can get or deserves, wondering when we will hear more.
