I saw that, True but I'm not sure if it's not just an ambulance chaser kind of thing. And it looks more like a question of whether CBI stock should be offered as a choice in the plan rather than a misrepresentation of the company's health. That wouldn't be relegated to only plan participants.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
