Hard facts. Such as the 8K and the assets that are in CSHD's Asset Back Management? Such as the symbol change indicating the merger is complete? Or rather, not facts you trust, but opinions. I do not believe you have the story on the short interest, that is not a fact. It's written down, but not a fact.
