What do you people not understand????? There was a financing done at .60, whom ever participated in the financing is s3elling their shares for a profit and going to have the warrants to hold onto. In these small cap companies it happens ALL OF THE TIME. The company buying the shares has no intention of hanging onto them, they dole out the money, dump shares, and hang onto warrants/options They don't give a rats about the share price in the short term, they just want to recoup their investment....
