I would say that there might be a bit of a communication problem within ITKG (hmm, where have we heard that before?). I phone Quanstar and a "principal" says the relationship has not been there since "a while ago" and Sptnws phones ITKG and he says, they said, "Our Relationship with Quanstar has not changed and is in tact."
It seems the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. It will be interesting to see the spin on this.
Ever since I heard to the effect from MP that "if you don't like what your hearing, there is the bid", I don't trust a word they say. Of course they have "forward looking statements" to assist them in saying things but not having to ....
I would like to believe them; that they are near a break through and have said that I would consider buying more when I see a contract but I find it strange that they have nary a word in public to say, it is only for insiders and friends, imo. You would think that they would be touting their product if it is so good and that there would be contracts galore what with all these NDA's etc.
On the other hand in year's past they put out crap and got stung because they couldn't follow up with contracts. Maybe it is the same now but figure the less they say, the less they have to explain (although they don't according to the regs).
Or maybe they are taking another approach! This company's history is too negative to make any positive assumptions/statements about.
We'll see sometime in the future.
