Shouldn't it be the other way around?
If they need to cover (what they will eventually need to, due to the Name/Symbol change that requires short count equals zero), they would need as many shares as possible, so they would allow buys but not sells... the opposite of what happened yesterday.

I think it was just some sort of house-cleaning that affected NWAV. However, whatever they were doing made me go hummmmm...
