He does want to take his company public. Last time I talked to him he had mentioned SLJB to GOPUBLICNOW and they gave him a list of clean shells also that he could reverse merge his company into.
He wants SLJB because it makes sense for him to reverse merge this since he is probably the biggest shareholder (all shares bought with his fun money he said on the open market from 2006 to 2016 or maybe 2017 now). I think he will invest whatever is needed to get this company running and I know that he has the major contracts going and more coming. His team has been developing some software for some State government Application bids coming up but I do not know how far he is in the development.
I do know that he has done some major Migrations, Upgrades and Transformations for some major Energy, Oil & Gas, Airlines, Banking and other major fortune 100 companies.
This guy is the real deal! I know him and all he talks about is going public and SLJB.
I saw him at the Houston Livestock Rodeo BBQ Cookoff last week and he is still as fun and energetic as they come. Great guy! This guy loves life. I know that people at Chevron, Shell and United Airlines know exactly who the guy is.
I do know that he would restrict his shares for a period of time to focus on growth of the new CUSPID and Stock Symbol to replace SLJB. This guy is going to be worth tens of millions with just his company growth very soon.
