The question may be, will all the things that are currently available in Green Cross stores be considered approved drugs, or will the only cannibus based products that can be sold in regular drug stores be those which undergo FDA trials and are approved.
I believe the leaf, etc. itself will be acceptable, but the question would involve everything from the candy, cookies, brownies, oils, etc that are made from it.
OWCP should have no problem, and should in fact have a leg up on nearly all others as what they're developing, they're developing as legitimate drugs.
