"how do you see the courts deciding what the appropriate remedy is?

In a breach of contract case, there are many remedies available...some would be good and some would be bad.

The court could rule to rescind or rewrite the amendment part of the contract...or they could award damages to the plaintiffs but keep the contract in place. Some of these remedies would help all shareholders...others would only help the plaintiffs.

Anything is really on the table!
