Annual free cash flow in 2017 is expected to be in the range of $29 million to $34 million reflecting the projected cash flow from operations of $40 million to $45 million and capital expense requirements of nearly $11 million as we continue to invest in our capabilities. Given our rapidly expanding business, anticipated cash flow and relatively low leverage, we believe that we have access to additional sources of liquidity to fund potential future transactions and enhance the growth of our business.

Secondly, I think you know that we have a potentially significant transformational asset in corticotrophin, an asset that potentially could drive anywhere from upwards of $200 million of annualized free cash flow for the company.
