Silver, it seems to me that those people who keep asking where are the NASDAQ investors and when are they going to start buying shares, have not been paying attention.

Three weeks ago the stock split and the company had 3.2 million shares, which were then listed on the NASDAQ. At that point, a half dozen or so investors/groups (my guess) paid close to $7,000,000 for 1.6 million newly issued shares. So these investor now own 1/3 of the company and they only paid $4.13 per share under the public offering and they got warrants.

These investors could have bought 1/3 of the company by buying 1.1 million shares on the open market from other investors, but they probably would have drive up their average share price well above $4.13 and would not have the warrants for future use. Also, they would have then owned 1/3 of a company that was very short on cash. So they got a great deal on their shares and they made the company more viable. Seems like smart investors to me.

In my opinion, a bunch of the sophisticated NASDAQ investors that people are waiting for to drive up the SP have already jumped on board. Only they did it "quietly", which worked to their advantage.
