$$$ HOLY $$$ AWESOME NEWS Here's why for you naysayers that are going to try and spin this negative

We are settled and free to take any buyout offer we choose

Phase III trial information can now be freely released because Northstar can not use the impending positive results (my expected opinion) as leverage

Northstar wanted to remain a 10% shareholder because they know where this is headed

A few possible scenarios on PPS action:

1)The share price takes off like a rocket tomorrow and Northstar intelligently holds their shares until Phase III trials announced or Buyout comes in

2) Northstar dumps their 10 million tradeable shares and we get to buy the hell out of the dip and thank them for it (although 10 mil really isnt a lot of shares with our average volume)

3) The share price takes off like a rocket and Northstar sells over time as not to disrupt the upward trendline that we have been on

I believe they will follow scenario #1 personally
