You can't tie up the large reactor with one company. Each company is going to want a particular dot and once you program the microprocessor, switching the program is a lot of down time in the calibration, recalibration, testing ect. The large process was put into Star Park to achieve production run samples at particular capacity to prove to potential customers they could mass produce at scale. This is just my thought. That being said, could they produce and stock pile dots for say BOE now between test runs for others...why not?

Also China gets more bang for their buck with this set up. Hopefully they will not still the IP. Hopefully Steve has taken steps to assure this.
