Interesting perspective. However, it seems that the Winthers won't think twice about screwing the shareholders. Its hard to be optimistic that there will be any good outcome.
I think it is as simple as the Winthers know with possible "deregulation" or easing of pending regulation, that VHUB could be a gold mine with their international sales. Possibly they just view the investors as a burden and are doing what they can to convert to a privately held entity. Just one possibility, but based on the timing of what I have seen over the past 16 months, I think it may be the most likely.
