If 3 don't start getting slapped and all just sit waiting for a bid fill, this goes nowhere. When this gets past 3s and moves up to 4s, all move up and sit on 3s lol. You have all the opportunity in the world right now to load up any amount you want before you are waiting for partial or even any at all to fill. I wouldn't worry about the share amounts, more money at 3s will have a bigger percentage gain during a rally than no money filled at 2.
