Tide has definately turned in my mind. I'd like to see this run a week or to before news. The good thing is that the news is going to continue over time. I don't think you will see a release about both funding sources at once. Probably get funded by Nigeria followed up by UPS Capital. Regardless of order they'll probably be a few weeks apart so it will be continued momentum in my oppinion. Should be a very interesting week.
