MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – March 6, 2017 - Toron, Inc (OTC Pink: TRON) provided
its stockholders today with a corporate status regarding corporate actions.
The acquisition of iMedScan Corporation has been completed. Attached as an exhibit to this
release is a copy of the executed Purchase Agreement by and between Toron, Inc. and iMedScan
Corporation, dated December 30, 2016
