Over half the revenue acquired they use to pay execs. The rest I'm sure is going to pay off some of their convertible debts as they currently don't have a large enough AS to convert all these debts to common shares. They better be for selling a lot more water than the half a mil annually that they predict to buy back shares. The SS and financing are toxic to the pps. Not saying they can't or won't over come it. But they better be for finding a way to generate major revenue sooner than later or they could be in a mess of trouble.
