It's not a typo, it clearly says 200k in the MD&A report and in the financial statements. That's quite impressive, it's just for one of the buildings in Washington.

I've looked through the financial statement and the management discussion and analysis. It's looking very good to me. No debt (finance was by placing warrants), all projects on track, finance is solid, 5mio $ cash on the books. No cashflow yet due to the project status, but i guess that's just a matter of time.
