30k is true...but only that is was for 3 months ending Sept 2016. Please see the 10Q. The link is below. For the 9 months ending Sept 2016 they have spent a little over $102k. The same 9 month period ending Sept 2015 they spent a little over $286k.

I hope this helps anyone who is curious about that $30k claim.
