I contacted Yehudas old employers and they all had good things to say about him. His lawyer didn't respond to any of my inquiries but that's no surprise as I knew that was a long shot. Is he in the clear? Honestly, I don't know but I'd assume the big money flowing through OWC lately knows something I don't (in a positive way).

All of the DD I conducted on OWC JV partners is what made me decide to reinvest back in Dec so I think that speaks for itself. I do not hold any of my OWC shares anymore.
