I have watched and I have learned. The marina property was owned by shareholders....then Wayne gave it to Wayne for free.

It was in Wayne's PR where he said "Wayne takes marina property from shareholders."

LMAO!!! This is a scam by a professional scammer and his friends.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
