Actually, the last tech had me reduce the min ram allowance due to Java requirements. He also had me switch from real time to 1 sec delay. I firmly believe they know they have an issue & just trying to get me by until the fix. I've been using this platform for years. This has never happened prior. Trying to load it tonight took a long time. Guessing they are trying to make a fix.
