The land is owned by Wayne Anderson, as the managing and SOLE member of Valvasone investments ever since he deeded it from National hotel investments, a subsidiary of E 3 Petroleum, a subsidiary of Sylios; to himself in 2014. (that is a long way of saying that he took it from the shareholders of UNGS.)

NONE...there is no agreement. Wayne gave out the 2 year old defunct agreement signed on 7/31/14. He even stated that agreement was void in his PR a year ago.

The only thing that has happened in a year is that Wayne formed a Sylios subsidiary to purchase his rusty well equipment from himself at shareholders expense
