Not judging your opinion but the permits take a lot of time to be approved. I have personally worked with a client that builds marinas and it was explained to me that the permitting process: state, local and municipal take anywhere from 2 to 3 years to complete. Let's not forget Federal with the Army Corp of Engineers....All takes time and it will be with the wait as all UNGS projects are coming together.
