There is sometimes a big dip in the morning right after the bell and then often around lunch, but the dips will almost certainly be getting fewer and fewer now. I think you'll be able to get some shares near your price target because there have been a lot of flippers on BIEI for a while and they are still around. I hate to chase, but flippers are gonna flip, so you should be fine for a little while. If another PR comes out in the morning though - all bets are off. Shorts have been covered and some bigger fish are swimming nearby as the news keeps getting more and more dynamic. JMO.
