Take this passage from the article for example..
California will vote onMarch 15, 2017, whether to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. Because of Federal preemption, the DEA’s reclassification of cannabis as a Schedule Three drug, will have the legal effect of requiring a prescription in California–i.e., it will continue the status quo.
Problem with this here is, California has already voted to legalize recreational, back on November 8, 2016, during the election.
Plus, the DEA just last december moved to classify CBD as schedule 1 alongside cannabis. So....not seeing logic here only for them to reverse course a month or so later... Though I would be certainly happy if they did!!! Needs to happen, thats for certain! But when I look up "dea to reclassify cannabis on march 15," the ONLY article to pop up is the one you posted. This would be all over if true...
