To oversimplify the EPS calculation:

Net profit to shareholders from Q3 16 was 2.1 million.
With different spending cuts and asset sales in either Q4 '16 or Q1 '17 this company could easily see net profit of 3-5 million for common shareholders. Conservative assumptions for the low end lets say say 3 million net profit in Q4 divided by 300 million OS would give us roughly a $0.01+per share earnings and we are currently trading at $0.01+ so I'd say as soon(very soon) as convertibles are done this will break past a dime easily.
