I don't get it. They cover 3 million shares and stock goes no where? At first I assumed deb holders shorted against the box and covered after converting. But why convert at a higher price to sell lower? As usual, more questions than answers. If that Clinton associate wasn't involved I probably wouldn't be looking for the rotten apple in the cart. But, if the guy is a business partner of the Clinton's he is no doubt ethically challenged which means everything he does is for himself at our expense. That is why we are trading where we are.imo.
