RS and management will reprice the options and could benefit immensely as I've seen that move before. Nothing in there from a bylaws perspective or SEC that doesn't allow them to reissue new shares as well as better pricing. Plus May they always grant themselves new shares, so why not a RS a little beat down and some new options? I would put nothing past these guys and as I said I don't think they knew about this outside investment and it might have put a damper on their plans. Honestly how can you have any real trust in this management team? Trust will come with a SHOW ME event and not more cryptic put the puzzle pieces together PR's. Ok have to go and wish tomorrow was March 17th so I could celebrate St Paddy's Day, while knowing which way this one is really heading.
