The big fault in your argument is that CBIS, a very legit company. has made a deal with Bills. They wouldn't if Bills was a scam.

On October 24, 2016, the Company entered an Exclusive Master Facilitator Agreement with Members of Winnemucca Tribal Allotment, Free Spirit Organics, LLC, American Education Consulting Group and Raymond C. Dabney University to provide general support with developing, cultivating and processing of Cannabis/Hemp on 320 Acres of leased land in Humboldt County, Nevada. The Company’s share is 40% of net profit derived from the sale and distribution of Cannabis/Hemp products grown and manufactured on these lands. Bills is real, a real member a community leader. He owns land, has money and owns Free Spirit. There are other people on the colony that are falsely trying to use the colony. Not Bills.
