This is the GREAT THING and main reason WHY I bought it when no one wanted it at 0.03-0.05 cause they have excellent agreement with hospitals that allow OWCP to use the infrastructures on site and do the research while keeping R&D cost down!!! That's all the beauty since quarter over quarter they DONT ACCUMULATE DEBT, THEY DONT TAKE HUGE BONUS, THEY DINDT PUMP TO DILUTE, they just worked hard, few people low expenses , big knowledge and knowing and believing in what they did!
Another exemple is the Multyple Myeloma study which was started from a University in Italy and after analyzing the promising results ( medical articles are available on the research and the collaboration) , OWCP decided to continue and try to commercialize ( not possible under Italian laws), again avoiding big costs for preclinical studies!
