As i stated the company doesn't have any US Patents and they have attempted to dupe noobie investors by filing Provisional Patents - that are meaningless.

Why not file a completed Patent Application with the USPTO.

OWCP patents are all INTERNATIONAL and below is a list of geographies they are protected. They are protected all over the US and around the world including Europe, Asia, Africa, and more...

Of course that isn't close to being accurate - if it were why did OWCP file for 8 Provisional Patents with the USPTO - if they were protected in the US - becuse it is complete nonsense.

Patents are territorial rights. In general, the exclusive rights are only applicable in the country or region in which a patent has been filed and granted, in accordance with the law of that country or region.

How can patents be obtained worldwide?

At present, you cannot obtain a universal “world patent” or “international patent”. Patents are territorial rights. In general, an application for a patent must be filed, and the patent granted and enforced, in each country in which you seek patent protection for your invention, in accordance with the law of that country.

OWCP has been exposed - there isn't anything worthwhile that has been patented in the US.

Why do you think all major Pharmaceutical companies want USPTO patents - because it is where the money is - that is Why all of the GW Pharmaceutical patents are filed in the US.

What do you expect from a company that spends $30k in the last quarter on research - now that is a world class operation.
