No, (IMO) that just proves FINRA didn't find enough evidence at the time back then...He will be investigated again after this shenanigans recent....once a money taker always one, No true business here...track record speaks for itself , in fact PPS speaks for itself!

Since you like keeping track of shares and sells here...what is the Average PPS for the last 4 yrs?
