There is no dilution. The only time o/s changed since October was 3% increase and that was with restricted shares. So float stays the same. Company has $2 million cash and has no need for additional cash to use in operations.

People confuse OWCP with other OTC stocks and they are making statements without facts behind.

This company is 1-3 weeks away from announcing psoriasis efficacy results and we will go way beyond $2 in one day IMO!
