yes, that should be also right and we should not forget that this Co just reduced aprx 1,4B from the OS and uplisted to OTCQB, which means that CO needs to stay high with its SP and needs to stay current with its fins, to stay at OTCQB, this is not our usual OTC CO, this Co is so far very Shareholder friendly.

I agree that merging with a Company that already
had 2.9 B O/S - and doing it with no R/S - isn't a recipe
for a P/D scheme.
