They are in the AS not the OS. They will most likely be used to solidify the distribution deal, Siri and the production to keep up demand. Most likely the shares will be restricted for a yr and then will only be permitted to sell a certain amount each month or another time period. Then they will be released into the OS and be able to effect the pps or not. I for one am ok with the increase because what they are attempting to achieve takes a lot of $. Everything is lining up and I believe we are gonna se a nice run. Hell Priceline had to rs and look where they stand now. JMO $ISBG
